Varjut produces handcrafted leather goods, including but not limited to:

  • Leather scabbards

  • Sword and dagger sheaths

  • Belts

  • Wallets

  • Historical leather accessories

  • Custom-made leather products

Due to the handmade nature of our products:

  • Minor variations in color, stitching, texture, and dimensions may occur

  • Product images are illustrative and may differ slightly from delivered items

  • Custom products are made to customer specifications and may differ based on measurements provided

 

3. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or have legal permission from a guardian

  • All information provided is accurate and complete

  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including:

  • Product unavailability

  • Incorrect pricing

  • Suspected fraud

  • Incomplete or inaccurate custom measurements

 

4. Custom Orders

Custom-made items require precise measurements supplied by the customer.

Varjut is not responsible for fitment issues resulting from:

  • Incorrect measurements submitted by the customer

  • Changes to the customer’s equipment after ordering

  • Miscommunication caused by incomplete specifications

Customers are responsible for verifying all submitted measurements before confirming the order.

 

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in EUR (€) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

Payment must be received in full before production or shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • Bank transfer

  • PayPal

  • Card payment (if enabled)

 

6. Production and Delivery

Production times vary depending on product complexity and order volume.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.

Varjut is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Force majeure events

  • Incomplete customer information

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise specified.

 

7. Returns and Cancellation

Standard Products

Customers within the European Union may cancel eligible non-custom orders within 14 days of delivery in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused

  • Undamaged

  • In original condition

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

 

Custom-Made Products

Under EU consumer protection rules, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

Custom-made products are therefore non-refundable and non-cancellable once production begins, except in cases of verified defect.

 

8. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, notify us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:

  • Description of defect

  • Clear photographs

We may offer:

  • Repair

  • Replacement

  • Partial refund

  • Full refund (at our discretion)
